2 panels for the trinket box are stitched. Here is where they go on the box. Lots of work to do before that happens though.
But what’s inside?
Out of the box.
Untied.
Opened! My version of a Chinese Thread Book!
The little boxes twist open to store thread, ribbons or needles.
There are more hidden boxes in the next layer but they haven’t been decorated yet.
Oh, COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could you show us how to do the thread book?
Oh! What a treasure! absolutely amazed at what you get accomplished. You must be very disciplined. Does that come in pill form, please?
Those trinket box panels are simply delightful – the Chinese Thread book simply awesome and so very clever.

I will put all of the Thread Book info in a future post!
No pills but housekeeping and cooking definitely take the backseat around here.
Absolutely beautiful! I love your sense of color! The Chinese Thread book………it would be lovely to make one. 🙂
Please continue to post your adventures with this trinket box. So inspirinig!
